Buy - If you are looking to move in soon, review any of our existing "spec" homes that are on site.  The design and construction is completed, you are ready to move in.

Build - Select a Floor Plan - Starting with the 3 base models as shown below.  Representatives from Mesabi Pines will assist you with the customization design of your home.  This includes a set of blueprints and any budget revisions.

Buy - If you are looking to build your own Single Family home, we have 9 pad ready sites that are level and have all utilities into each site.

Select a Lot - From the site plan above, choose your lot.  All the lots have extended backyards into wooded areas, open space or existing wetlands.

Select a Start Date - Upon securing financing and weather, your home would be completed within 90 days for a pre-final inspection to ensure all quality control and standards are met.
